Terms of Service Effective date: this version is dated 2026-08-08 and applies until replaced by a later version. These terms govern your use of the guidedscore.com website and the client portal operated by TBD, LLC, doing business as GuidedScore ("we", "us"), 000 Placeholder Ave, Suite 000, Tulsa, OK 74100. 1. What these terms do and do not cover. These terms cover your use of this website and portal. The credit repair services themselves are governed by the written services contract you sign during enrollment, together with the disclosures that accompany it. If these terms ever conflict with that contract, the contract controls. Nothing on this website is an offer of credit, legal advice, or financial advice. 2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use the portal or enroll. Our services are currently offered to residents of Oklahoma only. 3. Your account and your information. Portal access is tied to your email address. Keep access to that mailbox secure, and tell us promptly at hello@guidedscore.com if you believe someone else has used your portal. When we ask you to confirm or correct information from your credit reports, answer truthfully — your disputes are prepared from the facts you confirm, and a dispute is only as good as the truth behind it. 4. Acceptable use. Do not use this site to break the law, to misrepresent your identity, to interfere with the site's operation, to probe or test its security without written permission, or to copy its content for republication. We may suspend portal access that threatens the security of other clients' data, and if we do, we will tell you why. 5. Our content. The text, design, and software of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may read, print, and save pages for your own use. 6. No guarantees. We do not guarantee any specific result, score increase, or removal of any item. Accurate, current, and verifiable information cannot be removed from a credit report by anyone. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report yourself, at no cost, directly with the credit bureaus. 7. Your statutory rights are untouched. Nothing in these terms waives, limits, or asks you to waive any right or protection you have under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. §1679 et seq.), the Oklahoma Credit Services Organization Act (24 O.S. §131 et seq.), the Fair Credit Reporting Act, or any other consumer protection law. Under 15 U.S.C. §1679f, any waiver of your CROA rights would be void — and we will never request one. 8. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from your use of the website itself is limited to the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. This limitation does not apply to: any right or remedy you have under the statutes named in section 7; harm caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct; or anything a law says cannot be limited. 9. Ending use. You may stop using the site at any time. Ending service with us is governed by your services contract and your cancellation rights, not by these terms. 10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. 11. Changes. Each version of these terms is dated and versioned.
