Privacy Policy Effective date: this version is dated 2026-08-08 and applies until replaced by a later version. This policy describes how TBD, LLC, doing business as GuidedScore ("we", "us"), collects, uses, protects, and retains your information. What we collect, and when. (a) Information you give us during enrollment: your name, mailing address, email address, date of birth, and the details of your credit situation that you choose to share. (b) Your credit reports. You obtain your own reports, free, from annualcreditreport.com and upload them to us. We read them to prepare your file review and disputes. (c) Your confirmations and corrections. When we ask you to confirm or correct what your reports say, your answers become part of your file — your disputes are built from what you tell us is true. (d) Your Social Security number — only at the point it is actually needed to prepare dispute correspondence that identifies you to a credit bureau or furnisher, and never earlier. Enrollment does not ask for it. (e) No payment information. Our services are free, so we never ask for a payment card. (f) Ordinary technical information needed to operate a website securely: session data and server logs. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. 2. What we never collect. We never ask for, and will not accept, your username or password to any credit bureau, credit monitoring service, bank, or any other account. Companies that log in as their customers create risks we refuse. If any person claiming to represent us ever asks for a password, do not provide it, and report it to hello@guidedscore.com. 3. How we use your information. We use it to provide the services you hired us for: preparing your file review, preparing and submitting disputes based on facts you have confirmed, showing you the work in your portal, communicating with you, billing you only after work is delivered, and keeping the records the law requires us to keep. We do not use your information for any other purpose. 4. Who we share it with. (a) Credit bureaus and furnishers, as the service itself: dispute correspondence necessarily identifies you and describes the disputed item. (b) Service providers who process data for us under contract — hosting, transactional email, and payment processing. They may use your information only to provide their service to us. (c) Authorities, if a law, subpoena, or court order requires it, or our regulator, the Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit, in an examination. (d) No one else. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with lenders, marketers, or data brokers. We do not accept commissions for steering you into other products at enrollment. 5. How we protect it. Sensitive personal information is encrypted at rest using managed encryption keys that cannot be exported from the key service. Access to decrypted data is logged with who accessed it and why. We collect the minimum the work requires — for example, our report-reading systems record account numbers only by their last four digits. 6. How long we keep it. Federal law requires us to keep your signed acknowledgments for at least two years (15 U.S.C. §1679c(c)(2)), and Oklahoma law requires us to keep business records for four years (24 O.S. §146). When you end service, we retain what those laws require for as long as they require it, and no longer. You may ask us to delete information not subject to a retention requirement at any time by writing to hello@guidedscore.com. 7. Your choices and rights. You can see the substance of your file — every review, dispute, and response — in your portal at any time. You can correct information we hold about you; correction is built into the service. You can cancel service at any time. You can request a copy of the information we hold about you by writing to hello@guidedscore.com. 8. Children. Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. 9. Changes. Each version of this policy is dated and versioned. If we change it in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before the change applies to you. We will never change it to permit selling your information. 10. Contact.
